Butterfly pea tea is a refreshing herbal tea made from the flowers of the Clitoria ternatea plant, which is native to Southeast Asia. The tea has a bright blue color and a slightly earthy, floral flavor. Here's a recipe to make your own butterfly pea tea:

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of dried butterfly pea flowers
- 2 cups of water
- Honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil 2 cups of water.
- Once the water has come to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of dried butterfly pea flowers to the water.
- Turn off the heat and let the flowers steep in the water for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you want your tea to be.
- Strain the tea using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, and discard the flowers.
- If you want to sweeten your tea, add honey or sugar to taste.
- Serve the tea hot, or let it cool to room temperature and then chill it in the refrigerator for a refreshing iced tea.
Note: Butterfly pea tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also experiment with adding other flavors to the tea, such as lemon juice or mint leaves. Enjoy your refreshing butterfly pea tea!
