A message to you
We know you are excited to get your ORA TEA products, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.
We are working hard to get each order out as quick as possible. For any inconvenience caused we apologise, this is something that will change in the near future.
Is delivery free?
Orders OVER $60 receive FREE SHIPPING Australia only. Order total must equal $60 after discounts for shipping to be free Australian shipping on orders under $60 is a flat rate of $6.95.
We also ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of AUD 10 per order.
For all other countries, shipping is AUD 12 per order.
Express Post
Australia Post Express is the fastest option to receive your order and is available to Australian residents for $15.00 flat rate. This is not a guaranteed overnight service.
All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays, except Public Holidays. Orders must be received by 8pm the day prior to ensure they are captured for processing and shipping on these days.
Authority To Leave
If you are not at home to receive your delivery, your order will be left in a safe place at your shipping address.
Once the parcel has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for their transit or the action of the courier services.
How Does Delivery Work?
All orders placed before 8:00pm AEDST time are sent the next processing and shipment day.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping notifications will be sent when the parcel has been dispatched.
We endeavour to process all other orders the next processing day, however during busy sale periods processing may take a little longer. You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.
Orders are sent with Australia Post.

Delivery Conditions
Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived. Please only contact us once you have made contact with the courier and they have unsuccessfully found your parcel. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.
Please note delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed. In some instances, it is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
