Delivery charge of $6.95 for orders within Australia.
Express Post
Australia Post Express is the fastest option to receive your order and is available to Australian residents for $15.00 flat rate. This is not a guaranteed overnight service due to possible postal delays. All orders are processed and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, except Public Holidays. Orders must be received by 8pm the day prior to ensure they are captured for processing and shipping on these days.
Authority To Leave
If you have not given authority to leave the parcel, and if you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office/ depot for collection.
Once the parcel has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for their transit or the action of the courier services. If items are lost or stolen after delivery, please follow up with the courier service.
ETAs listed on the carrier websites are not accurate and shouldn’t be relied on because they don’t take into account the network delays we are currently experiencing due to high volumes.
Rest assured the carriers are doing everything they can to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible but please understand there will be delays.
We endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours, however during busy sale periods processing may take a little longer. You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.
Orders are sent with Australia Post depending on the serviceable area.
Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us if an order had not arrived. Please contact us via email after you have made contact with the courier and they have unsuccessfully found your parcel. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.
Please note delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed. In some instances, it is not always possible due to unforseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
