Ingredients (all organic):

Epsom salt - Reduces muscle tension, alleviates stress, improves circulation, and helps flush toxins from the body.

Chamomile Flowers - Calms the mind and body, reduces inflammation, and soothes irritated or sensitive skin.

Calendula Flowers - Heals wounds, calms skin irritation, promotes hydration, and improves circulation.

Peppermint Leaves - Relieves muscle pain, reduces headaches, boosts circulation, and refreshes the mind.

Rosemary - Stimulates circulation, alleviates muscle pain, promotes mental clarity, and soothes skin irritation.

Rose Petals - Hydrates, calms, and reduces inflammation while uplifting the mood and relieving stress.

Green Tea Leaves - Detoxifies, fights free radicals, reduces inflammation, and promotes healthy skin.

Coconut Milk Powder - Moisturises, nourishes, soothes irritated skin, and helps maintain clear skin with its antimicrobial properties.

Directions for use:

Mix ingredients together.

Add 3 or more heaped tablespoons into the steeping bag and secure the drawstring.

Place bag in bowl with approximately 1 Litre of boiling water and steep for 5-8 minutes.

Transfer bag and water into your bathtub and continue to fill tub with warm water until your desired level and temperature is reached.
