As a Rinse:
If you are transitioning from chemical to chemical-free hair products, make the tea and use it as a hair rinse to help detoxify your hair. Massage the tea into your hair after washing it to relieve dry, itchy scalps. Allow to dry.
As a Beverage:
Steep the herbs for 5-10 minutes to make a hot infusion, then drink immediately. Alternatively, allow to cool and serve cold over ice. This can be easily placed in a water bottle and sipped throughout the day.
